Sunday

  • Afternoon arrival.
  • Settle in the chateau de Parthey.
  • We discuss our week activities around aperitif and a welcoming dinner.

Monday

  • Breakfast of fresh pastries, fruits, etc. prepared by your chef Nadine.
  • Trip to an open fresh market in a chosen village. Choose your produce with Nadine for your afternoon recipes.
  • Lunch at home.
  • Cooking session from 2 to 6 pm.
  • Aperitif and dinner from your wonderful creations.

Tuesday

  • It is market day in BLETERRANS, a charming village.
  • Nadine will show you the different produce for your afternoon recipes.
  • Lunch
  • Aternoon class.
  • Music and fun at dinner time.

Wednesday

  • We will explore CHATEAU-CHALON, a gorgeous medieval village perched in the Jura vinyards.
  • Visit the cellars,discover the Jura wines.
  • Picnic in the village.
  • Nadine will show you how to marry those famous wines with great recipes.
  • Relaxed evening.

Thursday

  • Market day in Dole, with it's 14th and 16th century architecture.
  • Visit the city.
  • Visit a pastry house and Bakery.
  • Have a leisurely "Panache'" or expresso on the cathedral plaza.
  • Lunch at home.
  • Hands on in the kitchen.
  • Relaxed evening.

Friday

  • After breakfast, we will take off to POLIGNY where the delicious Comte cheese is made in specials cellars. Taste the wine of this area.
    OR
  • We will go to BEAUNE, the heart of Burgundy. We will spend the day in town, visit great architecture (LES HOSPICES) and renowned burgundy wine cellars.
  • Lunch in town.
  • GALA dinner at home.

Saturday

After a lazy breakfast we will say our au revoir to new and old friends. Around 11:30am.
We can arrange a reservation for you in a famous restaurant with mucho STARS on Saturday night, as you wish.

Note: All meals are included with one aperitif and one bottle of wine per person per dinner.
A bar will be open at your own expense.
Transportation is provided and pick up at the DOLE train station.
Beautiful bedrooms with shared bathroom every two people.
Please be responsible for your own insurance.

Cost: $2500 or 2085€ per person per week
Reservation: A deposit of $500 or 417€ per person is required to hold your place.
Cancellation: 8 weeks before arrival your deposit will be refunded minus $200 or 167€.
  4 weeks before arrival no refund on deposit will be made.

The Parthey foundation and the persons rendering services included in the stay are not responsible for any loss, damage incurred due to accident, theft, illness, bodily injury or for unforesseen risks inherent in travel.
